Casa di Mario is a recently renovated independent house, located just a few steps from the beach and the picturesque streets of the historic center. This traditional home, spread across 4 floors, is ideal for 2-4 guests. It features:
2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed for 2 people.
2 modern and fully equipped bathrooms.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals at home.
A private rooftop terrace with a view of the Adriatic Sea, perfect for outdoor dining or moments of relaxation.
The house is air-conditioned for maximum comfort in the summer and heated for the cooler seasons. It includes fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine, bed linens, and towels. A true retreat for every season!
Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private rooftop terrace. This space is perfect for enjoying the sea breeze, having a barbecue, or simply admiring the panoramic view. There are no shared areas: the entire property will be at your disposal to ensure maximum privacy.
