La Dimora San Rocco is an elegant two-level apartment, located on the third floor of a modern building with elevator, in the very center of Roccaraso.
On the first level, you will find a spacious open-plan living room with equipped kitchen, double sofa bed with thick mattress, flat-screen TV, dining table, two panoramic terraces, and a guest bathroom. The space, enhanced by terracotta flooring and a decorative fireplace (not usable), combines mountain style with contemporary design.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms:

a master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, large wardrobe, and view of the Roccaraso woods;

a twin bedroom with two single beds, large wardrobe, and access to the terrace.
Completing the floor is a spacious bathroom with hydromassage shower and luxury finishes.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, the two terraces, and all indoor areas. The elevator serves the floor directly. The fireplace cannot be used for safety reasons.
