Bookings made through the official website under the Non-Refundable Rate do not allow any refund, cancellation, or modification.

The total amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure, no refund will be issued, and the amount paid will not be returned.

Guests may choose to activate an optional insurance coverage (Care4UHotel) within 48 hours of booking, which provides protection in case of cancellation, delayed arrival, or early departure, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and limits set out in the insurance policy.

The activation of the insurance is the sole responsibility of the guest and does not alter the conditions of the Non-Refundable Rate applied by the property.
